FIFA Ballon d’Or 2014 Awards Best Photos

The fifth Gala of FIFA Ballon d’Or Awards; FIFA Ballon d’Or 2014 awards ceremony was held on 12 January 2015 in Zürich.

Real Madrid and Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo won the FIFA Ballon d’Or 2014 as the World Player of the Year for third time in his career and second consecutive time. Before that FIFA has been shortlisted the three players for FIFA Ballon d’Or award in December 2014. The other two are Lionel Messi of Argentina and German goalkeeper Manuel Neuer. In final voting Portugal winger Cristiano Ronaldo got 37.66% votes while Leo Messi 15.76% and Manuel Neuer 15.72% votes.

Meanwhile, German midfielder Nadine Keßler was named as the Women’s World Player of the Year, while Joachim Löw received the World Coach of the Year for Men’s Football and Ralf Kellermann the World Coach of the Year for Women’s Football.
